According to the instructions, students can apply for re-evaluation of answer sheets within 20 days after the declaration of results. In order to apply, students will have to pay a prescribed fee.

The non-refundable fee for revaluation of marks is Rs 1,000 per subject and Rs 800 for BPL cardholders. Students will also have to attach a copy of their BPL card along with the online application for verification. Students have to only fill one form even if they are applying for more than one subject.

“After the revaluation of answer books, if there is an increase of 15 percent or more than 15 percent marks in any subject after re-evaluation, Rs 600 will be refunded to students out of Rs 1000 and Rs 480 out of Rs 800.” the official notice read.

Also, in such a case, that answer book will be sent to the third examiner for further re-evaluation. An average of the marks awarded by the second and third examiner will be given according to the set rules and regulations of the Board.

However, if there is a decrease in the marks after revaluation, the result will remain the same.

“The students of Secondary/ Senior Secondary (Academic/Open) DEd, who attain above 90% marks in any subject can also apply now for re-evaluation of answer books.” the notice further read.

The board said that it will not accept incomplete application forms from students. Also, marked answer sheets will not be shown to the students or guardians.

As per reports, BSEH is also going to hold a re-examination starting from August 18 for all the students who are not satisfied with the HBSE Class 12 results 2021.
