HPCET 2025 counselling schedule out for BTech, BPharmacy, BBA and other UG programmes

HPCET Counselling 2025: BPharmacy counselling for all categories begins on July 15, with subsequent rounds on July 21 and 25. BTech admissions via HPCET 2025, JEE Main.
Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU), Hamirpur, has announced the counselling schedules for admission to various undergraduate (UG) programmes, including BTech, BPharmacy, BHMCT, BSc HMCT, BBA and BCA for the academic year 2025-26. The counselling will be conducted based on the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2025 score in both online and offline modes, depending on the programme.
For the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharmacy) programme, the first round of counselling for reserved categories, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backwards Classes (OBC - Main), along with their respective sub-reserved categories and general category, will commence on July 15.
The second and third rounds of counselling are scheduled for July 21 and July 25, respectively. The final date for reporting to the allotted institute is July 28.
The HPTU will announce the detailed counselling procedures, choice filling, and seat allotment updates for each programme on the official website at himtu.ac.in.
HPCET BTech counselling dates 2025
Admissions to the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programme through direct entry will be conducted based on scores obtained in the HPCET 2025 as well as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main.
The first round of HPCET 2025 counselling for general, reserved and other special categories will be held on July 19. The second and third rounds are scheduled for July 24 and July 29, respectively. Candidates allotted seats in the first round should report to the allotted institute by July 22. The final date for reporting to the allotted institutes for selected candidates is July 31.
Centralised online counselling for BHMCT and BSc HMCT will start on July 21 for reserved categories, followed by general and other categories on July 23. For BBA and BCA admissions, offline counselling will be held at the Himachal Institute of Management Studies, Shahpur. Reserved categories will be considered on July 21, general and special categories on July 23, and the second round on July 25. The final reporting date is July 28.
