HSSC Constable Recruitment 2024: Candidates can fill out the HSSC constable exam application form by March 21 at hssc.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will begin the registration process for the recruitment of Haryana Police Constable posts today, February 20. Eligible candidates can fill out the application form by visiting the official website, hssc.gov.in. The last date to fill out the HSSC application form is March 21.
The HSSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 6,000 vacancies, of which 5,000 posts are reserved for male candidates and 1,000 posts are reserved for female candidates. As per the official notice, candidates from all the categories are exempted from paying any application fee for the HSSC police constable exam.
HSSC Constable Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates who want to apply for the Haryana SSC police constable exam can check the eligibility criteria given below.
Age limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years old to 25 years old as of February 1, 2024. Upper age limit relaxations are applicable for reserved category candidates.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed Class 12 from a recognized board. Additionally, the candidate should also have passed matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in four stages including a written exam, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Standard Test (PST) and a knowledge test which carries 94.5% weightage comprising multiple choice questions. The selected candidates will be placed in various departments in Haryana Police and receive a monthly salary of Rs 21,700.
