HSSC SI 2018 admit card released; know how to download

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 27: Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the admit card for Sub Inspector (SI) for male and female candidates on November 27, 2018. Candidates can download the admit card till the day of examination. HSSC SI Knowledge test is scheduled to be conducted on December 2. To download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official website - http://www.hssc.gov.in/ and click on the link to download ‘HSSC SI admit card’.
Candidates have to enter registration number/application number and date of birth (DOB) in order to download the admit card. Candidates are advised to check all the details specified in the admit card. If they find any discrepancy in the details, they must immediately contact the exam conducting authority to get it corrected. Candidates have to carry any one photo identity proof (Driving License/Passport/Voter Card/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card) along with the admit card on the day of examination.
HSSC SI admit card has these details - candidate’s name, exam date, name of exam centre, date of birth, exam time, address of exam centre, roll number, reporting time, city, photograph and signature. HSSC SI Knowledge Test will be held in two shifts - morning shift (10:30 to 12 noon) and evening shift (3 pm to 4:30 pm). As per the recent notification of HSSC, no candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9:30 am in the morning shift no candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9:30 am for the morning shift and after 2 pm for the evening shift.
As per the exam pattern, Knowledge Test will have 100 objective type questions carrying 80 marks. The exam will be conducted for 90 minutes where 0.83 marks will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking. The questions will be asked from graduation level syllabus. HSSC SI Knowledge Test questions will be asked from General Studies, General Science, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Numerical and other relevant fields/trades.
Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has announced as many as 463 vacancies for Sub Inspectors (SI) posts, out of which 400 are for male while 63 are for female candidates. Selection of candidates for this recruitment exam is done through Knowledge Test, Physical Screening Test and Physical Measurement Test.
