NEW DELHI: Students often make mistakes during exams due to nervousness, poor time management and other such reasons which can adversely affect their performance in IBPS Clerk 2021 exam. There are at least 5 mistakes which the candidates must avoid so that they can crack the exam and score high marks.
Some of the mistakes which the candidates must avoid so that they do not face any last minute hassle includes, keeping all the necessary documents ready beforehand, ensuring that they reach the test centre on time and check all the instructions carefully and not violate any guidelines. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will conduct IBPS Clerk on February 28 in online mode. Candidates must download the IBPS Clerk admit card 2021 a day before exam.
Latecomers not allowed
It is good to reach the IBPS 2021 exam centre at least 90 minutes before reporting time of the exam. The starting time of the first shift is 10:00 am. Candidates reaching after that are not allowed. The social distancing and thermal check up will also be followed at the entrance gate. Students reaching without masks are also not allowed in the examination centre.
Don’t forget important documents
Those appearing for the IBPS clerk exam must assemble all their belongings regarding the exam such as IBPS Clerk admit card 2021, valid photo id proof and other relevant documents a day before exam. If not, there may be hassle on the exam day.

Carrying COVID-19 essentials is one of the most important guidelines to be followed at the exam centre. IBPS released the notification regarding COVID-19 guidelines which need to be strictly followed by both the students and staff. Check the list of COVID-19 essentials below:

Don’t go for tough question first
Simple questions should be attempted first, as this will save time. Don't get stuck with questions that are complicated. It will take time, and one will not be able to complete it due to paucity of time. To avoid negative marking, try to answer questions about which one is fully confident.
Don’t Hurry while reading question paper
It is important to read each question carefully. Reading IBPS Clerk question paper in a hurry may cause confusion and prove to be fatal as the competition is tough.
