the sectional and the overall marks of the candidates who have taken the test. Once the candidates get to know their marks/score in the prelims examination and their qualifying status, they have to further appear in the mains examination. It must be noted that only those candidates will be eligible for appearing in mains exam who are able to secure the sectional and the overall cut off marks in the prelims examination.
The qualifying marks/score for the Prelims exam would be different than the qualifying marks for the mains and the interview. Candidates have to secure the qualifying cut off marks every time at all the different stages to be considered for the subsequent stage of the recruitment.
IBPS PO 2018 mains examination will be held on November 18. Candidates who have qualified in the prelims examination have to, first of all, download their admit cards for mains from the first week of November 2018. The candidates who qualify in the mains examination will have to further sit for the interview, which is the last stage of the recruitment procedure. Qualified candidates of the mains exam have to separately download the interview admit card of IBPS PO.
IBPS PO is conducted every year for recruiting Probationary Officers across the participating Regional Rural Banks and the Public Sector Banks. The examination for the recruitment is held in three stages – Prelims, Mains and Interview. Candidates have to qualify in all the three stages to be considered for the recruitment. This year, the examination authority has announced as many as 4252 PO vacancies.
