NEW DELHI, AUGUST 18: The Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) is conducting IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2019 Preliminary Examination today across various centres in India. The first shift of the IBPS RRB Clerk prelims is over now. As per the feedback shared by the candidates, questions asked in IBPS RRB Clerk exam were of easy in nature . Candidates were able to attempt around 69-74 questions in both the sections - Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Check the complete section-wise analysis here. The IBPS RRB Office Assistant Exam is conducted every year for the recruitment in various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) to the post of Office Assistant and Officer Cadre. This is a golden opportunity for all the candidates to fetch a job in a public sector bank.

A total of 80 questions were asked, 40 from Reasoning and 40 from Numerical Ability section. Each question carries 1 Mark. Candidates need to attempt these 80 questions in the cumulative time duration of 45 minutes. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer marked by the candidates.
Based on the number of attempts and difficulty level of the exam we can conclude that expected cut off for IBPS RRB Clerk may lie between 67-72 Marks region wise.
The IBPS RRB Office Assistant Prelims Examinations will also be held on August 18, 2019, and August 25, 2019, as well. The results of the preliminary examinations are expected to be released in September 2019 whereas the IBPS RRB Office Assistant Mains Examination 2019 will commence soon after it.
