ICAI CA 2022 exam re-application window closes tomorrow; here’s how to apply

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will close the re-application window for Chartered Accountants (CA) exam for foundation, final and intermediate exams tomorrow, March 30. Candidates can submit online applications till 11:59 pm tomorrow with late fees of Rs 600 at the official website of ICAI - icai.org.

New candidates as well as candidates who have already applied for CA May 2022 exams can change exam city, group or medium through the online facility provided till March 30 at icaiexam.icai.org. The students, who are applying through re-opened window, may also take the facility of correction window which is open till March 30, 2022, said ICAI official notice.

ICAI Exam: How to apply for CA exam

• Go to the ICAI official website -- icaiexam.icai.org.
• On the homepage, click on the login button, enter details and log in.
• Enter the required data to register, and authenticate e-mail id and phone number.
• Fill out the online application form that appears on the screen and upload the required documents in scanned format.
• Pay the application fee.
• Download the application or take printouts for future references.

On March 26, ICAI reopened the window of ICAI exam form which was closed on March 13. “In the overall interest, welfare and well-being of the students and to mitigate the anxiety and hardships for the students who could not submit their online examination application form for Chartered Accountants Examinations - May / June 2022, as a special case and to provide a one time opportunity, it has been decided to re-open the online filling up of examination application form for Chartered Accountants Foundation, Final, Intermediate,” ICAI notice read.

The ICAI CA foundation May 2022 exams were recently rescheduled by the institute to June 2022 and will be held on June 24, 26, 28 and 30.

The CA intermediate exams will begin on May 15 for group 1 and end by May 22, and group 2 exams will begin from May 24 and conclude by May 30. CA final exams will be held from May 14 to 21.
