ICAI CA January 2027 exam dates out for Foundation, Intermediate courses; exams from January 2

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the CA Foundation and Intermediate January 2027 exam dates. According to the CA Foundation Jan 2027 exam date, the exams will be conducted from January 3 to 9, 2027. The CA Inter exam dates for two groups are from January 2 to 12, 2027.

The CA January 2027 exam schedule has been issued by the ICAI Examination Department under the relevant provisions of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. ICAI has also stated that the exams will be held at the announced places, subject to a sufficient number of candidates opting to appear from each centre.

ICAI CA Inter exam dates 2027

As per the Jan 2027 CA Inter exam date, the examination will be conducted in two groups. All CA Intermediate papers will be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm, with a duration of three hours.

ICAI CA Foundation Jan 2027 exam date

According to the CA Foundation exam date 2027, the examination will be conducted for four days starting from January 3. Papers 1 and 2 of the Foundation examination will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm and will have a duration of three hours. Papers 3 and 4 will be conducted from 2 PM to 4 PM, with a duration of two hours.

ICAI CA Inter and Foundation exam timings 2027

ICAI said that there will be no advance reading time for Foundation Papers 3 and 4. For the other papers, candidates will get 15 minutes of advance reading time from 1:45 PM to 2 PM.

The institute also clarified that there will be no change in the examination schedule if any exam day is declared a public holiday by the Central Government, a State Government or local bodies.
