ICAI extends last attempt to appear in CA Final, Intermediate old course exams

NEW DELHI: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has extended the last attempt for appearing in Chartered Accountant (CA) Final and Intermediate (IPC) old courses examination for all students (whether they opted out of May 2021 exam cycle or not) to November 2021, the institute announced on social media.

“Important Announcement regarding extension of last attempt to appear in CA Final and Intermediate (IPC) old courses examination to November 2021 attempt for all the students of these courses (irrespective of their opting out of May 2021 examination cycle or not),” ICAI said in a social media post.

According to the official notification issued by ICAI, the examinations conducted in November 2021 will be the last attempt for the candidates giving exams under the old syllabus. The institute will not give any further extension as the old scheme will be closed forever.
