ICAI to hold live interaction session for students

NEW DELHI: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has announced “ICAI in Conversation with its Students”, an interactive live session for students. In the live session there will be prominent speakers like the current ICAI president, vice president and others. The live session will be followed by a student interaction session where the speakers will take questions from the students. The ICAI live session will be conducted on May 23 from 5:30 PM through webcast.

ICAI has already postponed its CA June 2020 examinations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The exams have now been scheduled to be held in July.

ICAI is the conducting body for all CA exams and it is a national professional accounting body in the country. ICAI was established on July 1, 1949 through an act of Parliament. The professional body is the regulatory institution that looks after the profession of Chartered Accountancy in India. Members of the institute are referred to as Chartered Accountants or CAs
