ICAR Counselling: Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will soon announce the ICAR CUET UG counselling 2026 dates on the official website, icarcounseling.com, for the academic year 2026-27. Through ICAR UG counselling 2026, students can apply to get admission to 13 undergraduate courses related to agriculture and its related subjects, which are offered at the Agricultural University.

Only CUET UG 2026-qualified candidates will be eligible for ICAR UG 2026 counselling registration and choice filling and will be considered for allocation of subject and seat. The schedule for ICAR UG 2026 counselling will be announced after the declaration of the result.
Candidates will be shortlisted for admission and scholarships (if any) only if they seek admission through ICAR counselling 2026-27.
“There is no provision of direct nomination for admission through ICAR in any bachelor's degree programmes in agriculture and allied sciences without qualifying in the CUET ICAR UG 2026 exam.”
Last year, a total of 6002 seats were offered for ICAR UG counselling 2025 in 12 different programmes. The total number of seats offered for the academic year 2026-27 will be announced shortly by ICAR via the counselling information bulletin.

ICAR Counselling 2026 based on CUET scores
Candidates will be shortlisted for ICAR UG admissions based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 scores. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the CUET UG 2026 exam from May 11 to 31 and June 6 and 7 across the country for more than 15 lakh students.
NTA has issue the CUET provisional answer key 2026 and the challenge window will remain open till June 11. The CUET UG result 2026 will be based on final answer keys after evaluating all objections raised by applicants.
