ICMAI conducted the CMA June 2025 final and inter exams from June 11 to 18. Along with the CMA result 2025, ICMAI will announce the toppers' names, exam analysis, including the number of students who appeared, passing marks for both group I and II, and the number of students qualified in both groups.
ICMAI has not announced any official time for the result announcement . However, as per the past year’s trends, the results are expected to be announced around 8 am. CMA final and inter results 2025 will include the candidate's name, registration number, roll number, syllabus, exam status, and paper-wise marks for both groups.
ICMAI CMA Results 2025 Passing Criteria
Both the CMA final and inter papers include two groups of 4 papers each, carrying 100 marks. To pass the exam, candidates should score a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
ICMAI conducts CMA examinations twice a year in June and December. There are three levels of examination, namely, Foundation, Inter, and Final. The previous year’s pass percentage for the CMA inter and final exam in the December 2024 session is given below.

ICMAI CMA Final Result 2025 Marksheet, Verification
ICMAI will also issue the marks statement for all candidates at their registered addresses by post. The mark statement will also be available on the official website of ICMAI. Additionally, candidates not satisfied with their CMA final marks can register for verification of marks within 30 days after results are declared.
Candidates can apply for marks verification in case there are errors in totalling the marks or omission of the answers in the CMA final exam sheet. To access the CMA final and inter answer sheets, candidates have to apply within 21 days after the results are declared. Each answer script will cost Rs 500.
