NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the CS Executive result for the December 2024 session for syllabus 2017 and syllabus 2022. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their ICSI CS Executive December 2024 results through the official website at icsi.edu. ICSI CS Result (Out) LIVE
The institute will issue the ICSI CS executive result-cum-marks statement along with the result in online mode. Candidates will have to use their login details such as roll number and registration number to download the ICSI CS Executive December 2024 marksheet.
The institute earlier informed that it would not issue the physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement. The CS Executive December 2024 mark sheet will include details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, examination name, qualifying status, subject names with corresponding marks, and the overall aggregate score.
ICSI will begin the registration process for the CS Executive and Professional June 2025 session on February 26. Candidates can apply for both exams through the official website till March 25. The CS Executive June 2025 result is set to be announced on August 25, 2025.

- Click on the result link and choose the old or new CS Executive examination
- Enter the roll number and registration ID, then proceed to view the result
- The CS Executive December 2024 mark sheet will appear on the screen
- Download the mark sheet and take a printout for future reference
The institute has released the CS Professional December 2024 results for both syllabus 2017 and syllabus 2022. Eligible candidates can check their results on the official website. The verification of marks facility for CS professionals will be available from February 26 to March 18.
