NEW DELHI : The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the exam instructions for CS Executive and CS Professional exams for December 2022 session. The CS December 2022 exams will be held in offline mode at over 174 test centres in India and overseas centre in Dubai. The institute will release the admit card of CS Executive and CS Professional exams a few days before the examination.

Instructions for CS Executive and Professional exams
Candidates should go through the instructions before appearing for the examination of CS Executive and Professional 2022. Some of the important instructions are mentioned below.

Candidates must verify the details mentioned in their CS December 2022 admit card. In case of any discrepancy, they should immediately contact the ICSI support desk.

The admit card along with the attested student ID card is a mandatory document for appearing in the CS December 2022 exams.

If the candidates are not holding the ID card due to technical/ practical problems, they may carry any other government-approved ID card such as a passport, driving license, PAN card, UID Aadhar card, or voter Id card.

Candidates are required to complete the pre-examination test and ODOP (One Day Orientation Programme) as prescribed, to become eligible for enrollment in CS examinations

Candidates should report to the test centre 60 minutes before the commencement of the test.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the CS examination hall after 30 minutes of the commencement of the test. Also, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until the expiry of one hour after the commencement of the examination.

The CS December 2022 exams will be conducted in both English and Hindi languages. Candidates must write the test in the language mentioned on the admit card.

Candidates are not allowed to carry mobile phones, advanced calculators, study materials, smart watches or any other electronic materials inside the examination hall.

Candidates can use only black or blue pens during the test. Use of a red or green colour pen is prohibited.
Special instructions due to COVID-19 pandemic
ICSI has also released some special instructions due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

Candidates should ensure before reaching the examination centre that they do not have any symptoms or suffering from COVID-19.

Candidates who have tested COVID-19 positive should not come to the examination centre for writing the CS examination.

Candidates must download and bring a signed copy of self-declaration regarding health status for appearing in the exam.

Candidates should maintain social distancing from each other while entering and leaving the examination hall.

Candidates should mandatorily wear a face mask covering the mouth and nose throughout the course of the examination
