IGNOU Admission 2021: NTA further extends the registration deadline for PhD courses
The IGNOU PhD application correction window 2021 for registered candidates will be made available from January 16 to 18, 2022 at ignou.nta.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has further extended the last date to fill IGNOU PhD admission form 2021 till January 14, 2022. The deadline to pay the IGNOU PhD registration fee 2021 has also been extended till January 15, 2022. NTA will open the IGNOU PhD application correction window on January 16 and will be closed on January 18.
Those candidates who have yet filled the IGNOU PhD registration form 2021 can visit the official website of NTA IGNOU and fill their application before the extended deadline. Earlier, the IGNOU registration deadline for PhD courses was January 7,2022.

The candidates belonging to the General (UR), OBC-(NCL) and General EWS category are required to pay a fee of Rs 1000 as a registration fee whereas those falling under SC, ST, PwD and third gender category have to pay Rs 800.
How to apply for IGNOU PhD admission 2021?

Visit the official website (ignou.nta.ac.in).

Click on the “IGNOU PhD Registration 2021” tab.

For fresh registration, candidates need to click on “New Registration” tab.

Fill the online application form by entering details like educational background, personal details and contact details.

Upload the scanned copy of image and signature in the specified format.

Pay the application fee in online mode.

Take out few printouts of the duly filled application form for future references.
Indira Gandhi National Open University had earlier postponed the IGNOU December 2021 term end exams due to a surge in Covid-19 cases. The new date sheet of IGNOU December TEE 2021 will be released at least 15 days before the examination on IGNOU’s official website - ignou.ac.in
