NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close the IGNOU January 2022 registration and re-registration window today, March 25. Interested candidates can can apply through the official website, ignou.ac.in, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, or ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.

IGNOU January session 2022: Steps to register
- Visit IGNOU registration portal - ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
- Press the “Click here for new registration” tab.
- Enter the required details in the registration form.
- Pay the IGNOU registration 2022 fee in online mode.
- Now, login using the registered email username and password.
- Press the ‘Login’ button. Start filling the IGNOU 2022 application form. Type in the personal and academic details and upload the required documents in prescribed format and size.
- Submit the application form. Take a few printouts and retain the IGNOU application form for future references.
Steps to fill IGNOU re-registration form 2022
Only those candidates can fill the IGNOU January re-registration form 2022 who are enrolled in any undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered at the university.
- Visit the official website (online.ignou.ac.in).
- Click on the re-registration link.
- The candidates can fill the IGNOU January reregistration form and select the courses for the upcoming year or semester.
- Pay the re-registration fee of IGNOU through online mode.

The University had extended the last date for registration, re-registration for the January session 2022 till March 25, 2022.
