IGNOU Registration 2020 started for January session; apply at ignou.ac.in

New Delhi, November 15: Indra Gandhi National Open University has opened the window of IGNOU registration 2020 for January session from today. Candidates seeking admission in various UG, PG, M.Phil, Diploma, Doctoral degrees can start to fill the registration form. In order to register, candidates have to visit the official website and apply for IGNOU registration. After the successful registration, students will be required to fill in important information regarding their personal details, academic qualification details, course details and correspondence details.

Steps to register for IGNOU 2020 January session

Step 1. Visit the official website of IGNOU (www.ignou.ac.in)
Step 2. Click on ‘Fresh Admission’

Step 3. Enter your valid and active email ID and mobile number to register

Step 4. Fill out the IGNOU registration form after logging in with the help of username and password

Step 5. Enter all the requisite details and upload scanned copies of your official documents

Step 6. Choose the mode of receiving the study material

Step 7. Pay the fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking

After providing all the details in every section of the form, the website will ask if candidates want to make any changes. Select ‘Next’ to continue. However, if candidates want to make any changes, they must select ‘Edit’ and correct the mistakes accordingly. Candidates must keep in mind that, once the form is submitted, it will not be changed after submitting the registration form. Therefore, applicants are advised to fill all the details carefully during registration and ensure that there are no mistakes.

• Candidate’s scanned image of passport size photograph

• Candidate’s scanned copy of the signature

• Matriculation Marksheet or Certificate

• 10+2 mark sheet/certificate

• Mark sheet of graduation (in case of applying for postgraduate courses)

• Degree or Provisional Certificate of Graduation
