IIHMR University invites applications for PG Diploma programme in Health Entrepreneurship

NEW DELHI: IIHMR University has started an online application process for its newly launched UGC NSQF framework approved PG Diploma programme in Health Entrepreneurship. Candidates interested in seeking admission to the one-year full-time PG Diploma programme can apply till July 25, 2021. Eligible candidates will then be invited for a personal interview (PI) which is scheduled to be held on July 28 and July 29, 2021.

The programme focuses on curating new age health-based startups. Candidates opting this course can look for working with health-based startups or begin their startup journey in Telehealth & Telemedicine, Digital Therapeutics & New Business Models, Tech-led Innovations in Healthcare, mHealth, Dental Clinics, Wellness Clinics/ Hospitals.

PG Diploma in Health Entrepreneurship: Course fee

The total programme fee is Rs 45,000 which has to be paid in two installments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university/ college.

• No prior work experience is required to apply for the programme.

Also graduates from the following fields may find special interest in entrepreneurship in healthcare:

• Health Sciences (Biology, Human Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary)

• Business and Economics,

• Engineering (Biomedical, Informatics, Industrial, Telecommunications)

• Insurance, Dental science, and Medical Administrators. Nursing

• Medical Devices, Diagnostics

Selection Process for Admission

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a personal interview for the final admission. The number of seats is limited in each programme and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
