IIIT Bangalore to host 6th edition of RISE symposium from February 17 to 19

Bengaluru: The International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B) has begun the admission process for Master of Science in Digital Society. Candidates who are interested in applying for the IIIT Bangalore MSc programme will have to submit the application form by May 15, 2022.

Candidates who have a valid score in Common Admission Test (CAT 2021), Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED 2022), Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022), or TISS National Entrance Test (TISS-NET 2022) may be exempted from appearing for a written test at IIIT Bangalore.
Candidates applying for MSc Digital Society should have an undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration in any discipline including arts, science, commerce, design, management, law, engineering, etc. with a first division from a recognized University. Those expecting to graduate by August 1, 2022, may also apply, the university said. The IIIT Bangalore also invited applications from working professionals.
It further informed that the selection for the MSc admission 2022 will be based on performance in the personal interview conducted by a panel of IIITB faculty, scores in the written test (or, in one of the four national level entrance tests) and marks obtained in Class 10, 12 and UG examinations.

The final list of candidates to be admitted will be decided after the interview. Selected candidates will be notified through email by June 15, 2022, and classes will begin on July 11, 2022, the university said.
