Check NowNEW DELHI : The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) cut-off for the MTech programmes at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bangalore dropped last year for both computer science and engineering and electronics and communication engineering. IIIT Bangalore will open admissions to MTech programmes through GATE 2025 on April 4. Eligible candidates will be able to apply for IIIT Bangalore MTech admission 2025 by May 6, 2025.

As per the eligibility criteria, candidates having 65% marks in a four-year bachelor’s degree programme in engineering can apply. For MTech CSE, students who have studied CSE, computer engineering, information technology, information systems, or ECE are eligible. For MTech ECE, candidates who completed CSE, computer engineering, ECE, electrical engineering, or instrumentation engineering can apply.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee issued the GATE 2025 final answer key and master question papers today on gate2025.iitr.ac.in. GATE results 2025 and GATE cut-off 2025 are already out.
IIIT Bangalore MTech fees 2025
For admission to MTech programme at IIIT B, students will be required to pay a tuition fee Rs 2,30,000 per semester. The total tuition fee for the MTech programme will be Rs. 9,20,000.
Additionally, students will have to pay Rs 39,000 per semester for hostel and campus facility and Rs 28,800 per semester for catering and food services.
At the time of admission, every student will have to pay a library deposit of Rs 4,000 and caution deposit of Rs 4,000 for hostel which will be refunded at the time of graduation. Every student will be charged Rs 2,000 per year for insurance.
