IIM Ahmedabad PGP FABM placements 2025 see 52 roles to 44 students, highest salary at Rs 41.83 lakh

IIM Ahmedabad PGP FABM average package stands at Rs 20.04 lakh. The top recruiters include Accenture, Amul, E&Y, Nestle, PepsiCo, and more.
44 students of the two-year Post-Graduate Programme in Food and Agribusiness Management (PGP-FABM) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad have been placed in the 2025 placements, affirmed the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) report. The highest domestic salary package secured by the MBA students stands at Rs 41.83 lakh while the maximum international salary has been recorded at 39,211 USD.
IIM Ahmedabad average package for PGP FABM stands at Rs 20,04,676. 52 roles have been offered to 44 students while one student opted for starting his own business.
35 companies participated in IIM Ahmedabad final placements including regular recruiters such as Accenture, Amul, Ernst & Young, Godrej Agrovet, Grant Thornton, Nestle, PepsiCo and P1 Industries. Many new recruiters also showed a keen interest in the PGP batch, including Ashirvad by Aliaxis, Jam Irrigation, Midland Microfinance, National Dairy Development Board, Novasol Ingredients, PCI India and Valency International.
IIM Ahmedabad placements
PGP FABM batch 2023-25 received a total of 44 placement offers including 42 domestic and two international in the sectors including agri-input, agri-tech, BFSI, consulting, e-Commerce, FMCG, food processing, food production and plantation, and manufacturing. The international offers have been made by companies in the commodity training sector. Students grabbed the highest number of offers – 15 – in consulting, followed by 10 in FMCG.
Sharing his thoughts, placement chairperson Viswanath Pingali said, “It is good to see recruiters showing faith in our graduates. This is a sector-specific programme, and the recruiters, predominantly from the Food and Agri-Business sector, reposed faith in them. This indicates the strength of the team, the office, and the processes we follow.”
