IIM Ahmedabad's summer internship recruitment for PGP programme to begin from November 1

IIMA will conduct the summer internship recruitment process via hybrid mode in three clusters from November 1 to November 7, 2022.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad will begin their summer internship recruitment process for the 2022-23 postgraduate programme in management (PGP) on November 1, 2022.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, the institute has decided to use hybrid mode. Companies will be using both online and offline methods for placements. IIM Ahmedabad will follow a cluster-cohort based placement process where companies offering similar job profiles will be grouped into cohorts, and these cohorts are invited to the campus in clusters.
According to the schedule announced for the IIM Ahmedabad summer internship recruitment process, cluster 1 will be held on November 1; cluster 2 on November 4 and cluster 3 on November 7, 2022. The institute will follow a rolling process after conducting cluster 3 recruitments if needed, IIM-A informed.
The recruitment for postgraduate programme in food and agri-business management (PGP-FABM) candidates is scheduled on November 4, 2022. The Institute will also be releasing a press release on the IIMA website around 10 PM following each cluster for interested readers across India and abroad.

The press releases will be include information and highlights of each clusters to achieve a degree of transparency about the recruitment process. In 2010, IIMA introduced the Indian placement reporting standards (IPRS). According to these standards the record date for capturing the summer internship placement statistics is set at three months from the date of completion of summer internships while the due date for the placement report would be six months from the date of completion of the internship.
