IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placements 2022: Boston Consulting Group top recruiter with 28 offers
The summer internship recruitment programme will conduct cluster 2 on November 4 and cluster 3 on November 7, 2022.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad began their summer internship recruitment process for the 2022-23 postgraduate programme in management (PGP) on November 1, 2022.
The firms that participated in cluster one consisted of five cohorts including investment banking and markets, management consulting, niche consulting, cards and financial advisory and private equity, venture capital and asset management.
As the covid-19 pandemic subsided, the Institute conducted the placement process in hybrid mode where companies conducted the interview process physically at the campus or virtually. About 60 firm participated in the programme. The Boston Consulting Group was the top recruiter with 28 offers.

Bain and Company came in second with 23 offers. Other recruiters in the consulting domain included Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur D Little, Auctus Advisors, Ernst & Young, GEPConsulting, Kepler Cannon, McKinsey & Company, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Strategy&.
In the investment banking and markets space recruiters like Avendus Capital, Bank of America, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Estee Advisors, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and HSBC participated. Goldman Sachs was the top recruiter in the investment banking and markets domain with 10 offers.
In the private equity and venture capital cohort firms including Blackstone, Gaja Capital, Jupiter Capita, Multiples, Premji Invest and Venture Highway. American express rolled out a total of 9 offers in the cards and financial advisory group.
IIM Ahmedabad saw a 50 percent year-on-year increase in the international offers in cluster 1. According to the official schedule cluster 2 will be held on November 4 and cluster 3 on November 7, 2022. The Institute will follow a rolling process after conducting cluster 3 recruitments, if required.
