IIM Bodh Gaya average MBA package increased to Rs 14.80 LPA, while the median stood at Rs 14 LPA. Recruiter participation rose to 201, with 141 first-time recruiters.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya's Masters of Business Administration (MBA) batch 2024-26 recorded 100% placement marking a 107.4% growth. Placement report highlights that the highest annual compensation package has doubled year-on-year, increasing from Rs 22 lakh per annum (LPA) for 2025 batch to Rs 45.63 LPA for the 2026 batch.
Average CTC increased from Rs 13 LPA to Rs 14.80 LPA, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 13.85% or Rs 1.80 lakh. The median CTC also rose from Rs 12 lakh per annum to Rs 14 lakh per annum. Increase of Rs 2 lakh, or 16.67% have been recorded.
There has been significant improvement in all salary segments. The average package offered to the top 25% of the batch increased from Rs 18 LPA to Rs 21 LPA. Similarly, witnessing an increase of Rs 2.35 lakh, the average compensation for top 50% of students rose from Rs 15.60 LPA to Rs 17.95 LPA.

Top 75% of the batch received an average package of Rs 16.24 LPA, up from Rs 13.90 LPA last year, reflecting a growth of Rs 2.34 lakh or 16.83%.

The institute maintained a 100% placement rate for the MBA batch. Some of the prominent recruiters are Volvo Eicher, Accenture, Aditya Birla Hindalco, Axis Bank, Bikaji, BSE, Cafe Coffee Day, Capgemini, Century Ply, Cognizant, Deloitte, Dezerv, Dr. Lal PathLabs, DS Group, Exide Industries, EY, Federal Bank, Grant Thornton, Haldiram's, HCLTech, HSBC, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Infosys, Jio-bp, Jindal Steel, JLL, Lenskart, Moody's, NSE.
The institute also witnessed 5.8% increase in recruiter participation this placement season. 201 recruiters participated in the placement drive, compared to over 190 recruiters for the 2025 batch. Marking a positive change, 141 first-time recruiters participated in the placement process, compared to more than 105 in the previous year, marking a 34.3% year-on-year increase.
