IIM Bodh Gaya Placements: 100% MBA students placed; highest salary is Rs 30.50 lakh

NEW DELHI: 100% MBA students of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya have been placed in the placements 2022. 184 students and 100 companies participated in the placements. The highest annual salary package received by the students is Rs 30.50 lakh per annum.
The participating firms ranged from Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Information technology (IT), Analytics, to Online Services, Real Estates, and EdTech.

Companies such as Amazon, BNY Mellon, McKinsey & Co, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte participated, while a significant number of first-time recruiters were also present in the placement drive. Some of these new organizations included Crompton Greaves, Berger Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Cognizant, Accenture, HDFC Bank, ICICI Securities, TATA AIG, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Hindalco Industries, Dalmia Bharat Group, Emami Agrotech, among several others.

Vinita Sahay, Director, IIM Bodh Gaya said that the recruiters across industries have reinforced their faith in IIM Bodh Gaya students. IIMBG has completed its final placement process for the sixth batch of its flagship two-year MBA Programme. "The companies offered lucrative opportunities to students with an average package of 12.36 LPA with the highest package at 30.50 LPA, which exceeded the previous placement season by 24.49% and 73.41%, respectively", she said.

She further added that the Institute witnessed participation from many first-time recruiters making double-digit offers to our students this year. The firms visiting the campus and the breadth of roles offered in the final placement process show the corporate world's faith in IIM Bodh Gaya students, she added.
