Use NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management Lucknow will close the Common Admission Test (CAT 2023) application form window on September 13 at 5 PM. Aspirants who wish to take admission to various postgraduate and fellow doctoral programmes offered by IIMs and other participating universities will have to apply for CAT 2023 through the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Before starting with the registration process, applicants should have to check the eligibility criteria to appear in CAT 2023. Those who have completed or in the last semester of their bachelor’s degree will be eligible to apply provided they have secured the minimum pass percentage of 50% and 45% for reserved categories. Applicants who have a professional degree with required percentage will also be considered eligible.
Candidates must note that only those who complete registration before the CAT 2023 application form last date will be issued admit card. The CAT 2023 exam is scheduled to be held on November 26. The CAT admit card download link 2023 will be activated from October 25 till the exam date.

CAT 2023: Detailed steps to fill form
Applicants can follow the steps given below to fill the CAT application form 2023 without any error.
Registration - Candidates can use Mozilla Firefox (version 85 to 102), Google Chrome (version 80 to 103), Microsoft Edge (version 80 to 103) to fill the application form. Go to the CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in, and click the ‘Register’ button under New Candidate Registration on the right hand side of the screen. Key in name, date of birth, valid email address and mobile number on the space provided. Now, click on the ‘Generate OTP’ to complete the registration process.
Login - Once the registration process is completed, candidates will have to reverify their name, mobile number, date of birth, email address entered. Now, click on the ‘Registered Candidate Login’ and enter the login credentials generated. Candidates will be redirected to the applicant details page. Click on ‘Go to Application Form’.
Application Form - Enter personal, academics, work experience details. Now select the programmes applying for. Candidates will have to select six test cities in the order of preference. Those with work experience will have to add details in days as on July 31, 2023.
Upload documents - Applicants will have to upload passport size photograph and signature as per specified format. The scanned image of passport size photo should be of the dimension 1200 pixels x 1200 pixels and the signature should be within the dimensions of 80mm X 35mm. The documents file format should be a .jpg or .jpeg and the file size should not be more than 80KB each. Valid EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST certificate and PwD certificate if required.
Payment - General, EWS, NC-OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 2,400 as application fee, while SC, ST, PwD candidates will have to deposit Rs 1,200 to appear for CAT 2023. The mode of payment should be online.
Application confirmation - Review the details entered in the application form and click on confirm to submit the form. A confirmation email stating the successful submission of your CAT 2023 application form will be sent to the registered email within a few minutes. Candidates will have to download and keep it safe for future reference.
