IIM Kozhikode launches 20-week online executive programme in product innovation

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has announced a 20-week online executive programme in product innovation with AI and Agentic AI. Product managers, founders, innovation leaders, UX professionals, and digital transformation professionals who want to learn how to build AI-powered products can participate in this programme.

According to the McKinsey state of AI report 2025, nearly 88% of organisations now use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in at least one business function, compared to 55% in previous year.

Industry reports also indicate that 51% of AI product teams are building agentic AI products, reflecting the growing adoption of autonomous AI systems in product development.

The programme will be delivered through faculty-led sessions by IIM Kozhikode, along with industry experts working in AI-powered product development. Participants who successfully complete the programme will get a certificate from IIMK with an optional one-day campus immersion which is free of cost.

IIM Kozhikode executive programme curriculum

Instead of only teaching product planning and strategies, the curriculum is designed in a way to help participants learn how to design, build, test, and launch AI-powered products through hands-on projects and real-world applications.

The curriculum covers AI product strategy, business models, user experience, data strategy, agile product development, and autonomous workflows. IIMK executive programme will offer hands-on learning through applied projects and a capstone focused on building AI-enabled products.

Participants will also gain exposure to widely used AI and product development tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Figma, Uizard, n8n, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Google Looker Studio.
