The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) has announced the start of admissions for the 19th batch of its flagship executive post graduate programme (EPGP) in Management, a two-year MBA designed specifically for working professionals. The programme aims to combine rigorous academics with practical business insights, preparing leaders who can navigate today’s fast-changing corporate landscape.
This announcement underscores IIM Kozhikode’s position as one of India’s top destinations for executive education. The EPGP focuses on leadership development, strategic thinking, and technological fluency, helping professionals stay ahead in a business world that is increasingly driven by data, AI, and digital transformation.
At a media event, Debashis Chatterjee, director of IIM Kozhikode, emphasised the programme’s legacy and its role in shaping future-ready managers. He highlighted the inclusive and diverse learning environment, noting particularly the strong representation of women in the cohorts.
Chatterjee shared, “The EPGP has consistently brought together professionals from varied sectors, functions and career stages into a cohort defined by intellectual depth, diversity of perspective and a shared commitment to growth. We remain committed to nurturing globally minded, technologically fluent and socially conscious managers who can lead with judgement, agility and purpose in a rapidly changing business environment today.”
