IIM Lucknow Placements Drive 2025: Highest international package reached Rs 65 LPA and average CTC offered stood at Rs 32.3 LPA.
NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has completed final placements for its 39th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). As per IIM Lucknow’s placement 2025 data, a total of 570 students secured placements and 600 offers were provided across multiple sectors.
The highest domestic package at IIM Lucknow’s placement drive reached Rs 75 LPA. As per IIM Lucknow's placement data 2025, the highest international package was Rs 65 LPA. The average salary offered stood at Rs. 32.3 LPA.
IIM Lucknow Placements 2025: 180+ companies participated
IIM Lucknow’s recruitment drive was conducted in a hybrid format and saw participation from over 180 domestic and international recruiters. Companies across consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales & marketing, operations & retail, and e-commerce offered job roles to students.
IIM Lucknow Placement Drive: Major recruiters
As per IIM Lucknow's placement data, firms such as Accenture, Adani Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, PwC, and Tata Administrative Services were among the key recruiters.
New recruiters in 2025
First-time recruiters included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, PhonePe, and Walmart. These companies offered both domestic and international roles to IIM Lucknow students.
IIM Lucknow: Diverse student backgrounds
The batch comprised fresh graduates and experienced professionals from diverse fields, including finance, IT, consulting, and sales & marketing. Many students were from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, BITS, and SRCC, as per IIM Lucknow's official statement.
Priyanka Sharma, chairperson of student affairs and placement, IIM Lucknow, stated that the placement drive highlights the institute’s curriculum strength and ability to prepare students for industry demands.
Sharma said, "The recent final placement drive stands as a testament to the robustness of our unique curriculum. By offering a blend of theoretical and practical experiences, we ensure that our students not only meet but exceed industry expectations. With the economy on the mend, we foresee even greater success stories in the near future."
