IIM Raipur Placements 2023: 100% students placed; highest salary at Rs 67.60 lakh
IIM Raipur average package stood at Rs 21.04 lakh. The highest recruiting sector was BFSI and domain was sales and marketing.

NEW DELHI : 255 students of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur who participated in the placements 2023 have been placed successfully. The highest CTC grabbed by a student in the placements stood at Rs 67.60 lakh per annum. The average salary this year stood at Rs 21.04 lakh with a 19% increase from last year whereas the median CTC was Rs 20 lakh marking an 18% increase.
The top 10% students of IIM Raipur received an average salary of Rs 34.64 LPA while the top 25% got Rs 28.25 lakh. The top 50% students grabbed Rs 24.77 LPA as the average CTC. A total of 107 companies participated in the IIM Raipur placements 2023 including 32 new.

Sector-wise, the highest recruiting sector was banking financial services and insurance (BFSI) hiring 32% students with an average and maximum CTC of Rs 21.02 lakh and Rs 32.50 lakh, respectively. The IT or ITES was the second-highest recruiting sector making 23% offers with Rs 21.29 lakh and Rs 43.43 LPA as average and maximum CTC respectively. This was followed by strategy and consulting with 14% recruitments and an average of Rs 19.64 lakh and highest salary of Rs 32.21 lakh.
The FMCG or FMCD sector recruited 12% students with an average of Rs 21.78 lakh and highest at Rs 67.60 lakh. Manufacturing domain also recruited 12% with an average of Rs 22.39 lakh and highest Rs 62.00 LPA,while 7% were recruited in miscellaneous with an average of Rs 19.55 lakh and highest salary at Rs 25.50 lakh.

The sales and marketing domain had the highest (29%) number of students placed with an average CTC of 20.98 LPA and highest CTC of Rs 67.60 lakh, followed by analytics and consulting recruiting 28% with an average salary of Rs 19.09 LPA and highest of Rs 32.21 lakh. The operations and IT made 20% recruitments with an average of Rs 23.00 lakh and highest of Rs 43.43 LPA, financial management 12% recruitments with average CTC of Rs 20.87 LPA and highest of Rs 32.50 lakh, general management (11% recruited, average of Rs 22.94 LPA and highest of Rs 62.00 LPA).
IIM Raipur summer internship placements also recorded an increase of 16% in the average stipend which stood at Rs 1.39 lakh, and the highest stipend was Rs 3.50 lakh. A total of 109 companies visited for summer placements and the batch of 328 first-year students secured 100% placements. The median stipend was Rs 1.50 lakh with a 50% increase from last year.

The top 10% students got an average stipend of Rs 2.79 lakh, the top 25% got Rs 2.43 lakh and the top 50% got Rs 2.11 lakh as the average stipend.
