IIMC to hold entrance exam for PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism 2025 on June 6; registration begins

The last date to apply for the PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism at IIMC Amravati's official website is June 5, 2025.
Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) Amravati will conduct the entrance exam for admission to its one-year full time Post Graduate diploma programme in Marathi Journalism (PGDMJ) for the academic year 2025-26 on June 6. Candidates can apply for the journalism course through the official website at iimc.gov.in.
The last date to apply for the PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism at IIMC Amravati's official website is June 5, 2025. “The programme aims to train students in journalism, media writing, reporting, research, editing, PR and digital communication with a special focus on the Marathi language,” as per the official brochure of the institute.
The institute will conduct the entrance test for admission to PD Diploma course in Marathi Journalism on June 6 from 11 am to 1 pm, while the results will be declared on June 11.

IIMC PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism 2025: Eligibility, fee
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or appearing in the final year of graduation are eligible to apply for the journalism programme.
The maximum age limit to apply for the diploma course for general category candidates is 25 years, while for Other Backward Classes and Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD) is 28 and 30 years respectively.
The entrance test for admission to PG Diploma in Marathi Journalism will be held for a total of 30 seats.
