NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology has released the online application form for B.Tech admission 2020-21 at IIST official website. IIST registration 2020 is now open on the official website of the institute - iist.ac.in. Interested candidates can now apply by filling the IIST online application from the official website. Selection of candidates will be on the basis of IIST rank list formulated on JEE Advanced 2020 score.

For IIST registration 2020, candidates have to use their JEE Advanced 2020 roll number. While filling the IIST online application, candidates have to upload the same photo which they have used in JEE Advanced application form. Candidates also need to have their JEE Advanced admit card for filling the IIS B.Tech application form. Last date to fill the IIST B.Tech application form 2020 is October 7.
IIST offers B.Tech programs in two disciplines - Electronics and Communication Engineering (Avionics) and Aerospace Engineering. The institute also offers a dual degree program (B.Tech-M.Tech/M.S.) with B.Tech in Engineering Physics and M.Tech in Earth System Science/Optical Engineering or M.S. in Astronomy and Astrophysics/Solid State Physics. Candidates applying for admission must check the IIST eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
Admission in B.Tech programs at IIST is only on the basis of JEE Advanced examination. Aspiring candidates need to have a valid score in JEE Advanced 2020 exam in order to be considered for seat allotment. After filling IIST application form 2020, Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in JEE Advanced and a merit list of all registered students will be announced. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of merit list.
