IIT Hyderabad invites applications for PhD admissions 2023
IIT Hyderabad PhD admission process is open till October 14, 2022 for students seeking admission with and without GATE.

NEW DELHI: IIT Hyderabad has opened its online portal to accept PhD applicants for January 2023. The institute will accept applications till October 14, 2022. The PhD programmes offered by IIT Hyderabad are based on written tests and interviews.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad has opened its online portal to accept PhD applications for January 2023. The institute will accept applications till October 14, 2022. The PhD programmes offered by IIT Hyderabad are based on written tests and interviews.
The application process is online at iith.ac.in, the official website of IIT Hyderabad. The PhD application fee has to be paid through SBI-Collect and is non-refundable.
If the candidate is selected for the written test and interview, they are required to carry all their documents along with a printout of their application , payment reference document and certificates. The applicants are also allowed to update their application till October 14, 2022.

Residential requirements for working professionals who apply for the external mode can be waived and the course work completed online. The required credits can be completed according to the doctoral committee recommendations.
The BTech graduates from centrally-funded technical institutions (CFTI) with a CGPA of 8.0 and above are eligible to apply to all PhD courses at IIT Hyderabad without writing the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE). However, students with CGPA lower than 8.0 are required to write the GATE to be eligible.
