IIT JAM 2021: Application form to be released today @JOAPS portal; check details

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore will release the IIT JAM application form 2021 in online mode any time soon today, on September 10. The IIT JAM registration window will open at JAM Online Application Processing System or JOAPS. Desirous candidates need to register for JAM 2021 in online mode. The IIT JAM 2021 organising institute will keep the IIT JAM registration window for 2021 open till October 15, 2020.

It must be noted that the IIT JAM organising institute will enable the JOAPS link for applying to the exam via its official website IIT JAM official website – jam.iisc.ac.in. To fill the JAM application form 2021, candidates have to first register on the JOAPS website by using their name, e-mail, mobile number and password. After the registration, the candidates will be sending their enrollment ID on the registered e-mail ID and through SMS on the mobile number provided.
Further, using the enrollment ID and password, candidates have to complete the application procedure of JAM 2021. Along with filling the JAM 2021 application form, candidates also need to pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, and net banking. Candidates will have to choose the application fee as per one paper or two papers, whichever they opt for during the IIT JAM 2021 application form filling process.
IIT JAM registration dates 2021 were announced with the launch of the IIT JAM official website (jam.iisc.ac.in) on August 7 wherein Careers360 had reported about all the events and their dates.
Further, the admit card for JAM 2021 will be released on January 5, 2021, in online mode, while the examination would be held in computer-based mode on February 14.
Every year around 70,000 candidates apply for IIT JAM for admission to M.Sc., Masters in Economics, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, and other post-bachelors degree programmes. Last year around 73,360 had registered for appearing in JAM, however, 62,654 finally took the exam. This means that 85 per cent of the registered candidates finally appeared for the test.
