NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, the conducting body of Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes has announced the dates for JAM 2021. The registration process of JAM 2021 will start from September 10.

JAM 2021 application form will be available only online on the website at jam.iisc.ac.in. The last date to fill the application form of JAM 2021 will be October 15.

The examination of JAM 2021 will be conducted on February 14 and the results will be announced on March 20. The JAM 2021 exam will be held in computer based mode in two shifts.

Economics has been added as a new test subject for JAM 2021. There will be a total of seven test subjects for JAM 2021. The other six subjects are Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Geology and Mathematical Statistics. Last year, Biological Sciences was removed for the IIT JAM examination, reducing it to six test subjects.

JAM 2021 examination will be conducted by IISc Bangalore for admission to M.Sc programmes, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, and other Post-UG Degrees programmes offered at the participating IITs and Integrated PhD Degree programmes offered at IISc Bangalore. The score card of JAM is also used for admission to M.Sc programmes offered at 19 NIT’s and 2 CFTI’s through Centralized Counselling for M.Sc/M.Sc (Tech) Admission.
