NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras has released the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2024 application form. Eligible candidates can fill the application form on IIT JAM 2024 official website, jam.iitm.ac.in. The last date to fill IIT JAM form 2024 is October 13.

As per the eligibility criteria, students who have completed an undergraduate degree or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes can apply for the exam. Applicants of any age limit can appear for JAM 2024. Foreign nationals having Indian degrees are also eligible.

How to fill IIT JAM 2024 application form?

  • Visit the official website, jam2024.iitm.ac.in
  • Click on the link to register
  • Candidates will be redirected to JOAPS portal.
  • Enter the basic details to register yourselves
  • Fill the application form and upload the documents
  • Choose the test papers and pay the application fee
  • Save the form and take a print out for future reference

The application fee for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST,) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories and female candidates is Rs 900. Whereas, all other applicants will be required to pay Rs 1,800.

JAM 2024 will be held on February 11, 2024 for admission to postgraduate programmes in the IITs and participating institutes. The entrance exam will be held as a Computer-Based Test for seven test papers including Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS, and Physics (PH).
