IIT Madras releases GATE 2019 admit card; check details here

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 4: IIT Madras has released the admit card of GATE 2019 for all registered candidates in online mode. Candidates can check and download their admit card which is an important document to be taken to the examination hall. Details about the examination timings and venue are available in the released admit card. Only the registered candidates will be able to access the admit card.
Steps to download GATE 2019 Admit Card
The given steps can be followed by the candidates to download the admit card:
- The link to download the admit card of GATE 2019 is now available on the official website.
- The candidates will have to submit their enrollment number/email ID and password. Click on “Submit”.
- Click on 'download admit card' tab
- Check the discrepancies and take two colour printouts of the admit card has to be taken by the candidates for future use.

Which details will be available in GATE 2019 Admit Card?
Candidates can check the following details in the admit card:
- Candidate’s name
- Registration number
- Date, time and venue of the examination
- Photograph and signature of the candidates
- Exam day instructions to the candidates
Important things to remember for GATE 2019
- Candidates should remember to carry an original photo identification proof.
- All details should be clear and visible in the admit card.
- All candidates are requested to report at the examination venue 60 minutes before the exam starts.
- Personal calculators, mobile phones, watches or any other electronic devices will not be allowed in the examination hall.
GATE 2019 will be conducted on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019 in online mode for M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D. admissions into IITs, IISc, NITs, GFTIs and other Universities in India and PSU recruitments.
