Download EBookNEW DELHI, MAY 26: JEE Advanced 2019 exam will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee on May 27 in Computer-based test. The entrance test will be held in two sessions for Paper I & II in selected cities in India and Abroad. 245000 qualified candidates of JEE Main 2019 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2019 examination. Candidates need to appear compulsorily for both the papers of JEE Advanced 2019 test. Otherwise, they will be considered for the evaluation.

NOTE: For PwD candidates, the end time of the test will be 1 pm for paper-1 and 6 pm for paper-2.
Important points to remember:

The test takers must carry a printout of the JEE Advanced 2019 admit card to the exam hall along with an original photo id proof.

Candidates are advised to report at the exam centre well in advance. i.e. it is better to reach the examination centre one hour before the commencement of JEE Advanced 2019 exam.

No electronic devices are allowed inside the exam hall. Only pens, pencils, admit card and identity proof are allowed to be taken inside the examination centre.

No candidates will be permitted to leave the exam hall before the end of the JEE Advanced 2019 entrance test.
There are a total of 11279 seats available in twenty-three IITs for admission to B.Tech courses. The exam authorities will release the result of JEE Advanced 2019 on June 14. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conduct the counselling and seat allotment process in the second week of June 2019.
