IIT Roorkee, Imarticus Learning launch more certificate courses; supply chain, analytics most popular so far

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee’s (IIT Roorkee) Continuing Education Centre (CEC) and Imarticus Learning have entered into a partnership to provide certification programmes. The collaboration aims to leverage expertise of both institutions to design, and deliver certificate courses that meet the demands of the global workforce, as per the official statement.

The courses offered by the engineering institute and the education company include advanced certificate in supply chain and analytics, professional certificate in product management, digital marketing and MarTech, human resource management and analytics, and advanced certification programme in cyber security.

Kaushik Ghosh, coordinator of CEC, IIT Roorkee, said: "Partnering with Imarticus Learning has allowed us to extend the reach of our expertise to a broader audience, addressing critical industry needs. This renewed partnership reflects our shared vision of equipping professionals with future-ready skills and fostering meaningful impact. We are excited to continue this journey and launch more programs that redefine professional education."

Notably, the advanced certificate programme in supply chain and analytics is the most popular and has transformed the careers of more than 700 students across eight batches, the institute said.

More course to be launch over next three years

The partnership has fostered skills in high-demand areas such as supply chain management, product management, digital marketing, HR analytics, and cybersecurity. The offered programmes have enabled learners to stay competitive in an evolving job market, the institute added.

The programmes will be designed with a “learner-first approach”, with practical projects, live industry interactions, and globally recognised certifications. “By staying ahead of industry trends, the partnership aims to address the skills gap and prepare learners for emerging challenges in the job market,” the institute said.
