IIT Tirupati MTech Cut-off 2025: Application closes on April 21; eligibility, GATE score required
IIT Tirupati MTech admission 2025: IIT BTech graduates in the specified discipline having CGPA of 8.0 (7.5 for SC/ST) on a scale of 10.0 and above will be eligible to apply without a GATE score.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IIT Tirupati) offers admission to its MTech programmes based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025) score. Graduates or those graduating from IITs, and associate membership holders of professional bodies will also be eligible for IIT Tirupati MTech admissions 2025.
There are five MTech departments offering 12 streams or specializations in IIT Tirupati. The last date to apply for admission is April 21. Candidates admitted under the HTTA category will get financial assistance in the form of Half-Time Teaching Assistantship.
Male candidates belonging to general, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories will have to pay Rs 400 as application fee, female candidates of these categories will have to pay Rs 200. SC, ST, and PWD candidates are also required to pay Rs 200 as registration fee.

IIT Tirupati MTech Admission 2025: Eligibility
Candidates should have qualified in GATE 2025, 2024, or 2023 in a suitable GATE paper and fulfill the following eligibility criteria to be considered for admission. Candidates with BTech degree from IITs in the specified discipline and who have CGPA of 8.0 (7.5 for SC/ST) on a scale of 10.0 and above will be eligible to apply without a GATE score.
