Indian Coast Guard Navik application form 2019 released; register till January 31

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 21, 2019: Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released the application form of Indian Coast Guard Navik General Duty (GD) 2019 on January 21, 2019. Aspiring candidates, who wish to take the Indian Coast Guard examination 2019 for the post of General Duty can fill the application form till January 31, 2019, by visiting the official website – http://joinindiancoastguard.gov.in.

It must be noted that the registration process is available only in online mode and candidates cannot fill the application form in any other mode. According to the official dates, candidates are required to do corrections/editing and take printout of the application form only till January 31, 2019.

Before filling the Indian Coast Guard Navik 2019 application form for GD, candidates must check whether they fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to avoid any rejection at later stage.

Candidates who are between 18 to 22 years of age and have passed 10+2 with aggregate 50% and a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics and Physics from a recognized education board can apply for Indian Coast Guard Navik GD.

In order to fill the application form, candidates have to register for the exam by submitting their basic details. After successful registration, candidates have to upload passport size photograph, signature, personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, educational qualification and one exam centre of their choice in the application form.

Only those candidates whose application form will be accepted by the exam conducting body will be issued admit card for the written exam. Candidates will be able to download Indian Coast Guard Navik 2019 GD admit card from February 11 to 21, 2019 in online mode by entering their login credentials in the login window. The date of written exam has not been yet announced by the exam conducting authority.

Earlier, the exam conducting authority has released the Indian Coast Guard Navik 2019 GD important dates along with the notification on January 10. The exam is conducted for the recruitment of Navik for General Duty posts. The selection process comprises – written exam, physical fitness test and initial medical examination. Candidates selected for this post will have to undergo training at Indian Naval Ship (INS), Chilka.
