Try NowNew Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will be commencing GATE 2020 from next week. The examination will be held for four days i.e., February 1, 2, 8 and 9, 2020 for 25 papers. Subjects such as Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Civil Engineering (CE) will be held in two sessions. GATE 2020 will be conducted in forenoon session (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and afternoon session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). All of the candidates are advised to reach the examination centre before the scheduled time to complete the security checks and frisking.

GATE 2020 is being conducted as a computer based examination. While entering the examination centre, the candidates will not be allowed to carry anything except their admit card and valid photo ID proof. The admit card is available at the official website of GATE 2020. To download the admit card, the candidates will have to enter their GATE 2020 enrolment number/email ID and password.
