IPMAT 2025 registration begins from February 6; IIM Rohtak to conduct exam on May 5

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has announced the tentative dates for the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) 2025. As per the official schedule, the IPMAT 2025 registration process will commence from February 6, 2025. The last date to register for the IPMAT 2025 exam is April 11, 2025.

IIM Rohtak will conduct the IPMAT 2025 aptitude test on May 5 from 9 AM onwards. Eligible candidates can register for the IPMAT 2025 through the official website at iimrohtak.ac.in.

The institute has not yet announced the dates for further test events. However, as per the official schedule, the announcement of the call for the online personal interview is expected in the last week of May 2025, followed by the online personal interview in the first or second week of June 2025.

Recently, IIM Rohtak announced that admission to Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programmes at the institute will be offered through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and IPMAT 2025 score.

IPMAT 2025: Eligibility criteria

The five-year IPM programme is designed for students who have completed Class 12 and aspire to build a career in business management. This comprehensive programme integrates undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) studies, providing a foundation in management principles. Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the IPMAT 2025 given below.

• Candidates from the General, Non-Creamy Other Backward Classes (NC-OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories must score a minimum of 60% in both Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examinations. Candidates from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Divyangjan (DAP) categories are given a relaxation of 5%, requiring a minimum of 55%.

• The maximum age limit for candidates from all categories is 20 years as of June 30, 2025.

IPMAT 2025: Total seats, selection process

According to the official prospectus, the total number of seats for the IPM Batch 7 is 198, with 10% of the total seats reserved for candidates from the EWS. Admission offers will be made based on the merit/rank list and the availability of seats in each category.

The selection process for the IPMAT 2025 exam consists of six stages:

• Online Registration

• IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT 2025)

• Shortlisting and Personal Interview (PI)

• Announcement of Selection List

• Provisional Admission to IPM Batch 07 (Session 2025-30)

• Reporting for Joining IPM Batch 07 (Session 2025-30)
