IRMASAT 2021: Online selection process begins from today; Check details here

NEW DELHI: Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), the conducting body of IRMASAT 2021, is holding the selection process in online mode for admission to postgraduate programmes from February 23 to March 6. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance examination of IRMASAT 2021 will be eligible to appear for the online personal interview.

IRMASAT selection process 2021 comprises the IRMA Social Awareness Test 2021 and online personal interview. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of scores in the Common Admission Test (CAT) / Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT).

IRMASAT 2021 selection procedure is being conducted in two ways - merit-based calls and profile-cum-merit based calls.
The candidates will be shortlisted based on:
Excellence - Graduation from top colleges/universities
Work experience - Candidates must have work experience in any of the following:
Community Development
Agriculture and Allied Sectors
Livelihoods
Social Impact
Policy and Advocacy
Graduation in the following disciplines will be a must:
Agriculture and Allied Sciences
Social Sciences
Development Studies
Candidates will then have to appear for the following rounds at IRMA:

Personal Interview
IRMA reserves the right to shortlist candidates under profile-based call.
Mere fulfilment of the minimum eligibility criteria of IRMASAT 2021 will not ensure consideration for shortlisting to the next stage of the admissions process.
Neither XLRI nor IIMs will have any role in the admission process and academic programmes of IRMA.
IRMASAT 2021
IRMA Social Awareness Test, commonly known as IRMASAT 2021, is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to the postgraduate programmes offered by the participating institutions. The mode of exam is online wherein the candidates have to answer 30 questions in 30 minutes.
