JAC Chandigarh counseling 2024 registration begins; eligibility, participating colleges

NEW DELHI: Joint Admission Committee commenced the JAC Chandigarh counseling registration 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can register JAC Chandigarh counseling 2024 by visiting the official website, jacchd.admissions.nic.in. The JAC Chandigarh counseling 2024 schedule is yet to be announced. However, JAC Chandigarh official brochure has information such as seat matrix, participating colleges and eligibility criteria.
The JAC Chandigarh 2024 counseling fee is non-refundable and can be paid in online mode only. The JAC Chandigarh counseling fee 2024 for General candidates is Rs 2,800. On the other hand, for candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Person with Disabilities categories, the counseling fee is Rs 1,400.
JAC Chandigarh Counseling 2024: Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for admission to the BE or Integrated BE (Chemical)-MBA program include two main requirements. Firstly, candidates need to have an All India Rank determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA) based on their performance in the JEE (Main)-2024 Paper 1 for BE, BTech. Additionally, they should have completed their 12 or equivalent examination with proficiency in five subjects: Language (such as Hindi, English, Punjabi, or any other), Physics, Mathematics, one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a Technical Vocational Subject, and one additional subject. Alternatively, candidates may have completed a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
