JAC Chandigarh round 2 choice filling begins; seat allotment on July 18

NEW DELHI: Joint Admission Committee Chandigarh has started the choice filling facility for round 2 JAC Chandigarh counselling 2024 for BE, BTech admissions. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will have to login using the credentials generated during registration at jacchd.admissions.nic.in to submit choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference.

The committee conducts admissions to BE, BArch, Integrated BE Chemical, MBA courses offered by participating universities in Chandigarh on the basis of JEE Main scores and pass percentage secured in Class 12 or equivalent exam.

Candidates will be given two days time period till July 17 to fill choices. The JAC Chandigarh round 2 seat allotment results 2024 will be declared on July 18 and those selected will have to accept the admission and make the payment between July 18 to 20.

JAC Chandigarh choice filling process

The choice filling facility for round 3 JAC Chandigarh counselling 2024 will start from July 22.

• Students have been advised to submit a single set of combined choices for engineering and architecture streams, if they are eligible for both.
• The institute and branch should be submitted in the order of preference.
• Choice filling is optional for those candidates who are eligible for architecture only. “Only one choice of Architecture in CCA shall be considered automatically after successful registration,” it said.

They will also be permitted to change, re-order, or delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final set of choices.
