JAC Exam Dates: Candidates can now download the Jharkhand Class 8th and 9th date sheet through the official website at jac.examportal.in.

NEW DELHI: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the Jharkhand Board Class 8th and Class 9th timetable today. The Jharkhand Class 8th exam will begin on January 28, whereas, the Class 9th exams will begin on January 29. Candidates can download the official timetable through the official portal at jac.jharkhand.gov.in.
The JAC Class 8th and 9th exams will be held in two separate shifts from 9:45 am to 1 pm and the second shift will begin from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. The admit card for JAC Class 9th exams will be available online through the Jharkhand Academic Council’s official website.
The Department of School Education and Literacy in Jharkhand, Ranchi, will use OMR sheets for the Class 8th exams. As per the exam pattern, each subject will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQ) worth 50 marks, and an internal evaluation at the school level worth 100 marks.
Candidates will find the exam timings, subjects, exam dates, and other guidelines on the JAC Class 8th and 9th date sheet. Candidates must carry the admit card on the exam day to avoid last-minute inconvenience at the centre.

The School Education and Literacy Department announced that classes for students up to grade 8 will remain suspended in all schools, including government, aided, minority, and private. However, classes for Class 9 to Class 12 will continue as usual.
