IIT JAM 2025 admission process begins today at joaps.iitd.ac.in; over 2,000 seats offered

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will start accepting admission applications for the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2025 from today, March 26. Eligible candidates who appeared for the JAM 2025 exam can apply for admissions through the JOAPS portal, joaps.iitd.ac.in.

The last date to apply for the JAM 2025 admissions is April 9. The IIT JAM 2025 results were announced on March 18, and final answer key was released on March 19. JAM scorecards were released on March 24.

Candidates can apply for admissions to their choice of programmes across 22 IITs for over 2,000 seats available. Candidates can apply for admission to various postgraduate programme such as MSc, MSc Tech, MS Research, MSc Tech, dual degree, Joint MSc - PhD, MSc-PhD in various institutions.

IIT JAM 2025 admissions

IIT Delhi will conduct the JAM 2025 counselling session for admissions for MSc, MTech and PhD courses. Candidates will have to fill in their admission application before the given last date, April 9. IIT Delhi will conduct the four rounds of counselling.

The first admissions list will be released on May 26. The merit list will include details such as the candidate’s name, chosen programmes, ranks, etc. Candidates will be able to download the admission list using their login credentials. Candidates will have to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats in the JAM counselling session.
