IIT Bombay postpones JAM 2026 admit card release date; exam on February 15

JAM 2026 will be held for admission to MSc programmes at IITs, NITs, IIITs, and IISc Bengaluru. The computer-based test's question paper will carry 60 questions worth 100 marks.

Download NowThe Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has postponed the release for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM 2026) and the revised date will be announced by the institute soon. Candidates will be able to download the JAM 2026 exam hall ticket through the official website at joaps.iitb.ac.in.

Candidates seeking admission to MSc, MSc and PhD dual degree programmes at IITs, National Institute of Technology (NITs), IISc, and IIITs, will be able to access the JAM 2026 admit card using login details such as application number and password.
The IIT Bombay will conduct the computer-based JAM 2026 on February 15 in two shifts. The morning session will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 noon, whereas the afternoon shift will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.
The results for JAM 2026 will be declared on March 20 for admission to Master of Science programmes at various institutions across the country. The JAM 2026 question paper will carry a total of 100 marks, containing 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
